   Good morning. My own experience with Beveridge & Kellas, who represented me as my lawyer while dealing with the sale of my late Uncle`s property I can honestly say was second to none. Whether it be by personal appointment, email or telephone call everything was very prompt and straight forward from the very beginning to the actual end sale of the flat. I must also add, if ever I need the services of a lawyer in the future I will have NO hesitation in returning to Beveridge & Kellas. I have worked along with them and I ain`t got NO complaints. As a first-time buyer, Karen explained the entire process to me, taking the time to discuss the home reports with me before making offers, answering all of my questions and helping me feel more confident in the process.    I hate to leave a bad review but I wouldn’t want anyone to go through the experience I did. If I could give zero then I would. I want to start off by saying that the conveyancing team, Angela in particular, were all amazing and made a horrific situation easier to bear. I would rate them 5/5. The reception team were also helpful and kind. I went with Beveridge and Kellas to deal with my mum’s estate, after losing her in 2021.. she was only 63 years old and my heart was and still is broken. She passed away without a will. I didn’t think it was possible to feel any worse, as I was going through something more painful than I could ever have imagined.. It was only made worse due to this form. For months I was referred to in correspondence and on multiple phone calls by my late mum’s name. I couldn’t believe the insensitivity and lack of attention to detail. I don’t think you get much more of a sensitive situation than this and despite constantly correcting them, nothing changed. I was having to chase up the process at every step of the way and during one meeting, I had to listen to a member of staff make the following comment: “my mum’s still here, she’s in her 80’s.. old bag” I have no words. My partner and family saw the state I was in after every interaction and were outraged. I have recently spoken with a friend who has a family member who is having a similar experience.. she asked what the name of the firm is again as she thought that her family member’s experience sounded familiar. Neither of us were shocked to find out that it was the same firm. I hope that something is done to ensure that nothing like this happens again to anyone.

   After a very messy sale of house with ex partner, which was more complicated due to the house being a ‘shared ownership’, and difficulties encountered with the other party trying to drag things out and creating many obstacles, the sale of the house has concluded. Both Don and Lynn have been brilliant, explaining and advising the recommended actions to Reach this point and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided.I would highly recommend this firm.

   Excellent experience with this firm. Connor was excellent and very professional. He came to our flat to help us with a valuation and although we didn't use them to sell our flat, We used them as the conveyancing solicitors for the purchase of my new house. John Campbell was our lawyer and he was excellent throughout the whole process. Kept me up-to-date with what was going on and was always professional and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this firm for purchasing a property.
