   Do Not Use this company!!!! My wife bought a pair of wellies from them. I took them out of the box in the house put them on and said Christ this are awful i couldn’t wear these. They went straight back in the box. Unlike most decent companies you have to pay to send them back. So beware! On receipt of the return they claim that they were returned faulty! The boots had literally been slipped on and off. If they’re faulty they were sent faulty or not for for purpose. LBC are refusing to refund anything. Unfortunately we’re having to take legal action to get a refund despite the cost as you cannot let these companies get away with this behaviour! AVOID!!! UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE. They were not worn you have kept the money and the awful boots…. Complete con. You’ll have your chance to respond via a solicitor.

   These boots are honestly the most comfortable boots you can garden, go for walks and generally just pop on and go. They're so light and the boot liner is washable, comfortable and can't be worn with or without. Without the boot warmer the boots are just as comfortable. Recently walked a 10mile charity walk around the Chilterns and not a blister or sore foot in sight. They're so comfortable, amazing quality. Can't wait to get more colours, however the berry ones are my favourite.

   I love my yellow ultralight ankle boots! They are so comfortable, durable and stylish! And perfect for my dog walks. And love the removeable liners which can be easily washed. Customer service also excellent. Thank you LBC Boots!
