Bought a pair of leather slip on boots for £68. 2 weeks later bits of the insoles were coming apart. Best avoid Clarks products as the quality has plummeted.
Overall, the store is well-maintained, clean, and tidy, and the sales staff is polite, but the selection of goods is mostly Chinese...
Excellent and very knowledgeable staff. Thanks for all your hard work. I don’t normally write review but I think this is the only way to praise all the lovely staff at Clark’s in Worle. The shop was very clean and spacious, and plenty of parking spaces outside. The staff were really nice and friendly. Our special thanks to the young lady who helped us to find the right shoes, her name is Holly, she was very polite and patient with the customers. My husband couldn’t decide what he wanted after he tried a few pairs, Holly helped him to choose the perfect pair of shoes that fit him and also helped my son to measure his feet and save us time to look for the right size of shoes that are available in the store. We were very pleased with the excellent service, and will definitely recommend it to everyone.
We booked a shoe fitting for my 13 month old online, it was very easy. When the time arrived for him to be fitted, he was asleep. I popped into the shop to explain the situation and the assistant, Holly, was very helpful and kind and advised it wasn't a problem, just pop in when he woke up. He woke up about an hour later and we went back to the shop. Holly helped us and was so good with our little one. She knelt down to his level, explained who she was to him, showed him the measuring tool and was very kind. My little one wanted to play with the measuring tool and she gave him the one she had and got another. He kept wanting to switch the tools and she was so friendly and played with him in switching them, whilst measuring his feet. She then recommended a particular type of shoe for him, due to his age and was helpful trying them on with him. She then went further and bought the payment process to us in store, so my little one could get settled back in the pram. Thank you so much Holly!
Friendly helpful staff and good quality shoes at reasonable prices. Obviously this is, as the name states, a factory outlet so they will only have the stock that they are sent so it's not always possible to find exactly what you want. Still deserves five stars though, especially if you are flexible regarding the style you are after.
Good value for money, would like a slightly better selection of girls school shoes, but friendly informative and above all patient staff.
Nice size shop but not a huge selection..bit disappointed ..didn't find anything I wanted ..not even shoelaces!!!
Absolutely lovely staff member Julie, extremely helpful when I returned a pair of shoes - I wasn't happy with the way they were wearing. Having lost the receipt I had gone to a lot of trouble to obtain proof of purchase; she told me I had been over-thinking and not to worry. What a refreshing change to be treated with such kindness. Unfortunately they did not have any fresh stock since I had been in earlier in the week but I will definitely go back when they have.
We went here for our measurements for her school shoes and it was fab. We had to qué for a little while dues to the new normal but it didn't take long and when we got in our box it was great service was fab. She picked some lovely shoes we left happy.. We wouldn't shop any other shop for school shoes now. We felt so safe and happy.
