Went here for an oven for my elderly Mum. Shop staff were really nice and explained all the options to her. We bought a Bosch oven on Thursday and it was delivered on Friday! We were given a 2 hour delivery window and for an extra £45 the new oven was delivered and installed and the old oven taken away. Shops like this need to be supported.

Called to ask for some advise regarding a machine I had, I am guessing as soon as she realised I wasn't a buyer anything the women had little time for me, she was quite short with me on the phone and before I had finished speaking...she said OK bye and put the phone down? not great customer service, no need to cut me off, being nice and helpful to people doesn't cost anything.
I called them as our washing machine broke and they were recommended on Facebook. They came quickly to repair it and the bill was cheap too! A lot cheaper than if I'd have gone via the manufacturer (indesit/hotpoint).
