   Poor service, difficult to find anyone interested to make a sale. It's a good job we knew what we were buying, and didn't need advice. When I asked what would happen if there was a problem with the newly bought tablet I was told there wouldn't be a problem. Helpful.

   Could have been five stars but for the attitude of the manager. Seemed very busy walking around and checking a phone but not so keen to actually provide some service. When you're told by someone who appears to not be at all busy to just wait till a junior colleague is free, it just feels like someone who is more concerned about their status and less about the customer. All the other staff great and very helpful.

   We felt the store looked a little tired, I've seen better stocked and tidier stores. Granted it was near the close of the day, but still it should be faced up better. The staff were busy chatting amongst themselves and seemed oblivious to our presence, but then I'd rather that than have them in my face every couple of moments. Easy parking right outside, a few more disabled spaces would be appreciated however.

   I must write to say what an excellent service you provide. I rang the store on the 24th Nov, reserved the washing machine of choice , it was delivered and installed by 11.00am the following day. Thank you to the salesperson who took my call, to Ross who took our money and arranged the delivery and the cheerful and polite men who installed the machine, great team work and a fabulous service.

   Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wanted to purchase a quality TV and was first approached by a young sales person who looked like he had just got out of bed and was not interested in helping us with our purchase. Later we were approached by a different sales persons who was just rude and unhelpful. Clearly the staff are poorly managed and seem to have no incentive to offer good service. I have my own retail business and realise that it is not always easy for large companies to offer top quality customer service, but clearly the Manager had lost all control. Don't waste your time, shop elsewhere.
