   Did not care in the slightest that the wrong door was ordered. It even turned out that the door didn’t even exist. I drove 180 miles to pick up a door. It wasn’t even going to be delivered to January. That would’ve been the wrong door. No apology was offered for over four hours and I was told this customer service number. You call them. May I suggest that you call customer services in the future because they are very good.

Martin has been an absolute super star, taking us through our first kitchen buying experience, with real patience as we started the planning in July 2021 and had it installed January 2022! All the other staff we came across were very friendly and helpful too, making the whole process enjoyable and stress free. The kitchen looks fantastic too!!

   Can't find a bad word to say about our experience with magnet in Bath. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Martin listened to our needs for the kitchen and came up with a design which fitted perfectly. We used one of their fitters, Max, who did a fantastic job, organising plasterers, tilers and gas and electricity checks. We are extremely pleased with the kitchen and it was a great price too!

   We went to this shop hoping we will get some help with our kitchen extension. The lady welcomed us and introduced to someone named Mike. This person was not at all interested to help. He didn't even asked us to sit and really rude! He just didn't want to help us. Whatever we ask we get an one liner answer with no details. I think he didn't like our skin colour. Felt really humiliated! We are not going to this shop again!
