Klaudia was a massive help, able to give me the information i needed to start making a decision on what to get. She guided me through the store, letting me know what i should consider moving forward, and clearly explaining the options available depending on what my budget was. Will for sure be returning for future purchases!

Went into my local Currys store before work on Wednesday looking for a new smartphone deal as my contract’s up with O2. Wanted to get the new iPhone 17 on a 2-year deal, rather than a 3, on the iD Mobile network and I was helped get exactly what I want by Simon (Management Team). Although the phone I wanted was not in stock there on that day I was still in a position to get it done having seen what’s available online (Smartphone CHECKER) compared to what O2 could offer me. Simon was quick to sort out exactly what I wanted/needed. I expected it to be a much longer process, and I know it would’ve been longer on the phone upgrading/renewing with O2. I returned to the store the following day as my new phone was delivered in (as promised) and dealt with Lisa. She too was brilliant. Cool as you like in serving me and helping get the phone set up for me. She stayed past the end of her shift to help me with that even though she’s got a family to get home to. She knew exactly what she was doing because I would’ve struggled.

This is a large store but I feel there aren't enough staff. Normally you'd be bombarded with staff trying to make a sale, not anymore. I needed help with a printer and found it difficult to find someone to help me, there was one person on the till and I could only see one other person on the shop floor who was helping some one else. The store has a large array of products. Some good offers at times. * car parking (with time limit) * large store and well lit.

Had a wonderful experience with a blonde girl named Klaudia i walked into the store to buy a laptop devastated mine had broke the night before she was already helping a customer and still stepped up to help me she spoke to me with caring and loving voice and i wasn’t sad anymore. So crazy how a stranger can put a smile on your face. I walked out the shop with a new laptop and a massive smile on my face.

Nice place items neatly laid out but the staff could show a bit more willing to help as for myself I found that there are too many security but other than that if they can improve on the things that listed they will be by the best retail store probably in the whole of Bristol area

Zero concept of customer service. I stood at the mobile phone display trying to give off buying signals for at least 10 minutes, watching 4-5 staff of whom only one was actually engaged with a customer. Eventually I intercepted one and asked for advice, only to be told that I needed to speak to "someone on the Carphone side". "Meaning who?", I asked. That'll be Saf, apparently. "But we're very short-staffed today". No Saf appeared, no obvious sign that they were sending him my way. After waiting another couple of minutes watching the tumbleweed I left and went home to buy online, which seems now to be what Carphone wants. Just don't blame me when retail stores close.

Went to buy a laptop. Told to speak to the guy with the beanie hat who was on the tech support desk. Clearly did not want to be there! Went to buy the laptop and was told to pay an extra £30 for some setup fee. Told him was not interested in paying that which his reply was "well if you are not interested then don't buy it". Not a great way to express customer service!

Took out an ID Mobile SIm Only 30 day plan. Reception was poor in my area went into this store and requested a cancellation. Asked the staff member to cancel and specifically asked if there was anything left to pay - he looked me firmly in the face and said no. I asked again - "no" was his answer. Ethnicity is irrelevant but he was Polish and his English was poor. Went to apply for a loan which got declined due to an unpaid £6 bill with ID Mobile. Now it will take months to resolve as these always take time to clear - Small claims court involved. Thanks alot idiots.
