   Item was packed by Mail Boxes Etc like a booby trap. Styrofoam sheets had been broken in to little pieces making it impossible to remove the object without getting loads of bits all over me and the floor. I can't recycle it either. There are much better packing materials on the market now.

   We were in Scotland in June and shipped a package with items we did not need to carry around. When we got home (The United States) the package had not arrived. I had placed no less than 50 calls to FedEx trying to find out where it was. Evidently it had gotton stuck in customs and had disappeared. I filed a claim, which FedEx rejected saying that the shipper had to file the claim. I reached out to MBE SouthBridge begging for any assistance. Dag quickly responded and was in direct communication with both FedEx and myself for weeks. Dag's service was simply outstanding, it was so refreshing because I could tell he truly cared and was urgently trying to solve the puzzle. I was blown away to find out this weekend our package was in fact located and on its way to be delivered this week. I cried I was so happy. Dag is the poster child of what excellent service is - thank you so much MBE and Dag!!!

   The gentlemen at Mail Boxes Etc in Southtbridge were great! I didn’t have room to bring everything home with me from my 3 week trip in Scotland so I shipped the heaviest and most breakable things home. I just got the box and am so impressed! They made the box fit my items perfectly, and even packed my smallest breakable item in its own box, reinforced with cardboard and bubble wrap. Thank you, thank you! Will definitely be using you next time I am in Scotland!

   I emailed Mailboxes Southbridge for them to collect an item from an auction house. Two weeks later and no response. The item had not been collected. I have used Mailboxes all over the UK and never before encountered such poor service. Sorry Mailboxes Southbridge but you need to lift your game.
