   Overall, I enjoyed shopping at Charles Tyrwhitt. Shirts of high street brands priced at about £65 have subtle difference in quality, but what CT stands out is their customer service. During my first visit, your colleague was helpful measuring my size and fit for a shirt, and pointed me to the row of shirts with the right size and fit. I later ordered some shirts online (under some promotional offers), but changed my mind and would like one shirt exchanged for a different collar type. Your colleague Paul was quick and helpful to exchange for what I wanted without any charges, as written in the T&Cs. (Their competitor a few doors down was rude and refused a refund despite the order being purchased within 14 days and the shirts unworn.) Charles Tyrwhitt also has a nice Customer Service Team online. I had my enquiry about the exchange answered within 24 hours on a Saturday almost midnight, which I found surprising and very helpful.

   So, I was intrigued by the clean and elegant shop interior and the well-dressed sales personnel. As I was looking for Polo shirts, I popped in to check out their offering. I took advantage of the 4 for 150 quid deal. When I was home, I saw that one design was only 70% cotton and 30% polyester, which was a let-down. The other 3 are 96% cotton and 4% Elastane, which is OK. Overall disappointing, because formerly I bought 100% cotton Polos at C&A that have comparable quality and are slightly cheaper. I'll shop at C&A in the future.

   Went in with my groomsmen and my dad for some shirts for my wedding and we were sized up and assisted by David. He was brilliant really helpful and down to earth, there was no hassle getting or sizes and fit we liked and when my shirt arrived it fitted perfectly. We all got a great price on each shirt too. Really happy will definitely be back. Thank again.

   I always come to Charles Tyrwhitt Edinburgh for my suits shirts and ties. I have also bought a number of casual items and have always been impressed by the quality and cut of the items. I generally deal with James who is first class. His passion for the product and eye for detail is second to none and I often take his steer on shirt / tie combinations. I have also dealt with Ross and Paul who are also excellent!

   Online purchase - 2 separate orders - 1 fulfilled very successfully- the other needed the billing address amended & in doing that the company deleted the order (transcript of online ‘chat’’ provided). I belatedly realised the second order had not arrived and subsequently company did not respond to email communication, no apology, no attempt to rectify the situation - completely unsatisfactory & could not recommend.

   I am blown away by their fantastic returns policy! I bought 2 merino jumpers online and one wasn’t quite my colour so I looked up their returns policy and you have 6 MONTHS TO RETURN (!!) and can even return a worn or washed item?! I took it to my local store and was refunded to my bank account within 7 hours! I’m just so impressed.

   Harvey was very professional and I ended up with very good purchases. He knew his stuff and his customer service was excellent. Had looked around some high end shops for clothing and CT allowed me to get some quality clothing at reasonable prices. Used to shop there or online when I was working. Always quality clothing/footwear. Now I have to wear my purchases as instructed by 'she who must be obeyed!' Well done Harvey. 10 out of 10 for you.
