I visited Pro Cook in Bath to buy Salcombe Porcelain plates, which were advertised at £5 per box (four of each). When I returned, I was shocked to find them priced at £20 a box. The Deputy Manager acknowledged the mislabeling but stated it had been reported to Head Office. Despite my efforts to clarify, the situation remained unresolved. I felt my visit was a waste of time, especially considering parking fees, and left empty-handed. I urge potential customers to be cautious, as it seems profit is prioritized over customer satisfaction. I’ll be contacting trading standards and have photos for evidence.

They only do ProCook range - but although a bit "designery" most of their kit is good - especially their 2 blade stainless chipper, and dishwasher safe utensils
