    I phoned on Tuesday morning ans arranged a visit for Wednesday. You rarely get service that promptly! Ross arrived and quickly found the problem that was fairly obscure and not mentioned on any website problem was sorted at such a reasonable price-£5 more than the already low call out fee,i was amazed.god forbid I ever need a call out for my washing machine .. .Ross will be first on my list.service like this today appears to be pretty rare,but not it seems with Baldwins,as all their reviews seem to reflect my experience.many thanks Ross.nick

    Excellent service. Rang on a day when Ross was not working but he texted me on New Years day to see what the problem was. Arrived the following morning to unblock a hose on our washing machine for a v reasonable call out fee. It turned out to be a dodgy pump so texted him the same day. New pump fitted by 9am the following day. I don't think you could get a better service from anyone else at such a reasonable rate.

    Exceptional service. Honest, reliable and great value. Ross has helped us over the last 5+ years with numerous appliances from age related failures to mice chewing through a rubber hose on our washing machine!! Always honest about if a repair is possible or good decision based on age and make of appliance. Very knowledgeable. We have impossible access which means appliances need to get delivered to a neighbour. Ross collected the new dishwasher, fitted it and removed the old appliance. No fuss. So stress-free. Thank you Ross!
