   Excellent service from Nova. My delivery got caught up in the Royal Mail strikes before Christmas but, when I contacted Nova, Lauren was so helpful and resent my item to make sure I got it in time. Very pleased with the product too. Would highly recommend Nova.

   I bought the large dicer in April 21 and have been really happy with it. Part of it broke in Aug 21 meaning it was unusable. Nova kindly sent me a replacement part and it's been great. The same part has broken again so I have emailed them, left 3 or 4 voicemails and now I can't even get through to leave a message, just rings and rings. Not great customer service. Only had the gadget a year and bit. Please could someone get back to me?!

   I recently received an order of a complete slicer and peeler set. The quality looked good, but to release the slicer in place when the order was received, needed the help of a screw driver. With very sharp blades in a gadget, that isn't going to stay in my kitchen. Waiting now for my refund. Won't be using this company again

   Bought a frying pan and a whisk at one of the shows but accidentally left the whisk behind. I emailed them and they responded straight away, posting it out to me. The frying pan is fantastic, so much easier to clean than any of my other pans. Brilliant products and brilliant customer service, very pleased!

   I'm afraid I would not even give 1 star for this company or product however cannot post a review without one. I purchased a piping bag & nozzle set at the Cake & Bake show in MARCH 2019, it split on its first use and I have had no acknowledgment of the three emails that I have sent requesting a refund/replacement. Non existent customer service and a waste of money.
