    I had one of the worst retail experiences of my life at this store and I will never return. Before I was served, I personally witnessed the manager speaking to another customer in a way that I found deeply uncomfortable and inappropriate. The tone, language, and attitude used towards that customer made me feel uneasy, and it came across as unfair and targeted. When it was my turn, the experience only got worse. There was a mirror clearly displayed with the wrong price. The manager refused to honour it or even offer a goodwill gesture after their own pricing error. We also tried to return or exchange a faulty bin that was missing internal parts β€” the lid doesn’t open when you press the pedal, making it unusable. Despite the item being clearly defective, the manager refused to exchange or refund it and told us: β€œIt’s my choice, it’s my store.” That statement alone tells you everything about the attitude in this store. When we asked if she could help locate the receipt, her response was: β€œI don’t have time.” No assistance. No empathy. No professionalism. We were spoken to dismissively, made to feel uncomfortable, and left the store feeling shocked and upset. This is not how customers should ever be treated. The behaviour from management was unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here.

    Oh dear one huge disappointment, The disabled toilet has been out of use for several months, not even an essential handrail put into other toilets. I am old ,mobility disabled and my walking aid is essential but it is impossible in your shop The cafe shows an exciting and not expensive menu but it can be closed or 99 % on menu not available despite still being advertised on the shop loud speaker. Many iles are blocked by boxes of items waiting to be shelved. Always long queues at a single till. PLEASE PLEASE sort your store out it could be so good but is infact so disappointing.

    If there was a opportunity to rate a zero, The Range would win it hands down. Having been overcharged for several items (I add this has happened before), I approached the customer service desk only to be met by a woman who would not look up to acknowledge me. About a couple of minutes later she looked up and asked what the problem was. Having stated I was over charged she said I would need to join the queue for customer service which happened to be the paying queue which I'd already had the pleasure of waiting in therefore refused this option. Subsequently a younger girl came across and seemed shocked that I was kicking up a fuss for such a small sum of money....its the principle!! Store manager finally came along and just wasn't interesting in listening to how poor his staff were and furthermore was not interested in salvaging a customer. Suffice to say won't be going back to the shop, overpriced, pricing errors and staff who clearly couldn't careless.

    I can’t help liking this store - but it’s dire in many ways. Goods often not priced correctly, disabled toilet out of use for over a month, cafe understaffed and frequently not offering hot food, long queues at tills. But staff are friendly and prices are good.

    Shopping Isles very cramped. And prices of items are all over the place. Also, cafe on site was very poor as only had instant coffee and altho theres a menu displayed, we were told at lunch time no food left only toasties.

    Nice store, helpful assistants, good selection of items at reasonable and competitive prices. Surprised to see I could purchase items bought from Iceland at same time. Delighted to see Iceland's Harry Ramsden food selection, could not resist buying battered cod and chips! Happy Christmas to all staff and good trading in 2023.

    Shop itself has nice items but staff are terrible! There’s always a really long queue and one till open. Staff look miserable and don’t know where anything is in the shop. Wouldn’t return a FAULTY item that was bought 1 day over the 28 days policy didn’t realise faulty items had to be brought back within 28 days? I work in a shop and we return stuff within 6 months if faulty. I can’t wait for this store to go bust….

    The shop itself is OK and you can find nice house items at a better place than in other stores but the staff there is not really keen on working. I dread going to shop there just because I know it is always a long time waiting in the queue...not because there will be so many people in the line but because of the reduce number of tills functioning and even the ones in use move very very slowly because the employees are more keen on chatting than working.My last visit there was at 9am and the only till open was the customer service one where normally the returns are dealt with.I ask a couple of employees which were chatting in the counters area if there is a till open and been directed to the customer service one .There were two people in front of me and the lady which was already assisting someone called for another till to be opened.A gentleman arrived but he was more keen to chat with the customer then processing a 1 min return (1 item). I have been waiting in line 10+ minutes for one person in front to be assisted before me practically.A little less chatting and more wish to work would be needed!

    I was there whit a friend to buy some stuff and my gf was get excited because they have nice stuff and good prices She was very happy to see a lot of Christmas stuff and decorations I was focus on the garden things and I was surprised to see the have a big range product 5* for first experience in this shop Hundred percent I will go back there:)
