Absolutely disgusting delivery service. The delivery driver of this didn't just arrived late, but then claimed what we had paid for does not fit, despite not even trying. Where we knew it would fit beforehand. So for a waste of our own time, the delivery driver took the product and continued to make us pay £25 delivery and said you can get a refund later on in the week and drove off. It was disgusting, we did nothing wrong and he was extremely rude towards myself and my family.

Have loved this place for years. Eclectic mix of house clearance objects, furniture, bric-a-brac etc. Be very careful of what you buy, if you are impulsive like me. I could spend a fortune on sooo many things I like but would not be suitable for our home. We directed some friends here, they were visiting from Kent. They went for a wander inside and my mate's wife spent £300. I don't think he has forgiven me 3 years down the line.

We visited on the weekend, what an amazing old-fashioned treasure trove of lovely things. There are bargains to be had and it's just a lovely place to spend an hour browsing. Would 100% recommend

You can’t call yourself a proper Bristolian. If you do not know about the Wot Not. It’s a fantastic treasurer of fantastic Phinn. I never leave empty-handed. They offer a great selling service on your behalf, and they take a reasonable commission. I over the years have made lots of money from the Wot Not. they are very good and they know what will sell and what it will sell for. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to the Wot Not if you’re looking for some interesting fines or even just some regular household furniture. They have a great selection of used bikes as well. Keep up the good work team Wot Not!

I went in here with my 15 year old daughter and they treated us like complete dirt from the off. What did we do to you? I

A typical second hand shop. A lot of overpriced junk but you may find something you want or need. They also sell items on commission but are fussy about what they take and like to set the price themselves. They apparently reduce the items or give them to charity if you don't keep checking if they have sold. Don't get caught out like many have. Make sure you get the price agreed
