Unfortunately the process of trying to get hold of someone to discuss delivery and updates, were traumatic to me. The phone number for delivery/order details, is not answered and the answer machine message is deceiving, bcos it sounds like somebody has answered the phone, when they haven't. Trying to get a delivery date was a long process, then once I did receive my bed, the bolts were missing. ##update## The owner was kind enough to send me the bolts, 1st class, which arrived the next day ;) Thank u Anthony Ward I'm pleased with my purchase, but the communication needs to be alot better
A great service. We picked up a wicker chair at a fraction of the new price yet it was in A1 condition. Plus it's a charity so whatever they charge I'd feel happy. Then consider that many of the items they sell could otherwise go to landfill. It's a winner whatever way you look at it. Finally thank you to the people who work there.

The staff were excellent and the furniture was installed very industriously and efficiently in a friendly and caring manner. The wardrobe was extremely good value, strong, in very good condition and I was pleased to be donating to this worthy charity. Just started working here. Best way to describe it for interested volunteering work. They are understanding a very friendly. It is a Christian run charity but you dont have to be religious yourself. For people to use. There's a good selection of furniture to set up a flat/house and we also collect and deliver
