Two old as hell cashiers just gossiping doing absolutely nothing while there's a line of 7 people waiting to check out.

The woman named Sharon working behind the counter called me a slur just for buying vegetarian products!

Queues here are disgraceful. Management need to install a self service till to address when a Till operator is overwhelmed with lotto or top ups. Always massive queues at peak times and only one member of staff works the till. The other lacks the initiative to stop packing shelves and jump on the till until the queue is resolved. Not rocket science but how this store is run is comical. Soon to be boycott with rising prices as if the queues weren't bad enough.

Happy every time I leave here, even if I didn't get what I went for, because the staff are so friendly and down to earth. The shop is a little smaller than ', the poplars ave' store, so does have fewer options but a fair variety of vegan and cruelty free options (would be great if they could stock more of Co ops own brands conditioner, deodorant etc). Thank you to the lovely lady at the till today around 9.15Am for a pleasant shopping experience. I do not wear a mask for personal reasons and you did not make me feel threatened or singled out like the staff do at the Lymm Co op. Many thanks to a lovely little shop.

I was once strangled, bitten in the face and beaten up. Wearing a face mask brings on panic attacks, I struggle to breathe and focus when my nose and mouth is covered. It is kind of a shame if you can't understand that some folk suffer watching the rest of you in masks, which is also a trigger for panic attacks as we can't see who you are. Thank you for not discriminating against me for my mental health state.

Every online order has something missing even though I get an email claiming the items have been picked and are on their way. Last week got tangerines instead of jacket potatoes this week ordered two bottles wine got one. Each time have to claim refund from Head Office and wait five days for it to go back in me bank account so not convenience shopping.
