Came in yesterday there was a queue of about 5 people waiting to be served ,no one using the self service tills - other staff around store stocking shelves etc ,just put more on the manned tills where the customers obviously want you !
Well kept store but awful for meat-free options. Four shelves of meat sandwiches and wraps and a paltry selection of cheese or egg sandwiches. Apparently everything we eat has to contain chicken!

I have just been in the store with my trainee guide dog. After waiting at the till for a good few minute a member of staff named Wendy came and told me to GET OUT with my dog. And refused to serve me very rude and unprofessional attitude to customers disgusting
The automated payment machines are a godsend as it means I don’t have to interact with the one member of staff that seems to find the public a significant obstacle to doing whatever it is that she finds more important than serving them
