You pay for the quality. Prices I think reflect this & there are ranges to suit all budgets. No issues for me - made a promise to myself that when I got myself financially straight after a bad relationship I'd treat myself to the Egyptian Cotton towels and brushed cotton bedding. Did it, got them, love them.
Fantastic store, has everything you need to make your home beautiful, been using dunelm for years, never fells. Only wish it was closer to where I live.
The staff were very helpful in this store. Customer service assistant called Abbie was extremely helpful in choosing a sofa for our new place. Showed us all the available fabrics, sizes, styles etc. Ended up purchasing online, but it was great to see it in the store first and I was grateful for her time.
Staff was very rood. Dont want to talk with us .I don't know why may be we are Indians that is why. Spl in cafe big have lady was very veryvery rood with us.
Nice store, good range of products but huge queues to pay - half the length of the store. I abandoned my purchases and left.
Store well stocked with some interiors and decor not seen elsewhere. Not always to easiest to find specifics (paints are scattered in different places) but great value and the staff are always helpful and considerate.
I became pretty disappointed after I bought a pillow cover on clearance. When I opened its package, which usually comes in a plastic bag wrap, it smelled awful exactly like a dirty pillow cover. The worst part was the bloody stain on it. They sell their packed clearance which is non-refundable. If I had known it before, I could have spent the same amount in a charity shop and the money could have been spent on something worthy. Please be aware when you spend on clearance, maybe it's better to open the plastic bag and check it in front of their staff to avoid throwing it as a rubbish.
Great range of bedding, curtains, blinds and accessories plus a selection of furniture and kitchenware. Even has a decent " coffee shop " and customer toilets so us poor guys can take a break when the missus starts her third lap!
Well planned safe entrance and exit routes easy shopping. Plenty of bargains to be picked up. The cafe was well laid out with partitions between tables and very vlean. Coffee and pannini's were very nice.
