I wanted to lock in the 2027 holiday deals as we have always wanted to visit Mexico, without having an appointment and trying my luck Jimmy made this possible, on the day they went live, what was a very busy day in store, Jimmy took the time to book our dream holiday over the phone checking out all my concerns and putting my mind at ease with all the questions I had for him, he didn't rush me and let me think about what would suit our needs as a family. I want to thank him for all his help. At the end of the call our holiday was booked! I would like to add in that after booking our holiday I soon realised that I couldn't make the dates I had booked due to it being on my daughter's graduation, I didn't get the girls name but when phoning back the next day, there was absolutely no issue on moving our holiday to two weeks earlier than planned, the customer service we have received from the staff in store has been 10/10 and I would definitely book again with this store. Wee went to see Tracy to look at a holiday with zero expectations of booking. But wee were blown away by how knowledgeable Tracy was. She gave us all the details wee needed and made us feel comfortable in the fort location. Tracy's customer service was incredibly polite and helpful. Tracy's smile light up the whole room and made us feel relaxed like wee were already bathing on our favourite beach. My wife and I enjoy cruise holidays, and have booked all of our cruises through TUI at the Glasgow Fort Shopping Park. If you are interested in a cruise, look no further than Margaret. We like to think of her as our personal travel agent. This our third time booking with Margaret. She understands and appreciates what we want from our summer holiday, and is considerate of our budget. Professional, helpful and genuinely friendly, there is no hard sell and we take her advice on board. Nothing is too much bother and I trust her wholly. Exceptional service since we walked in the door, we were offered tea and coffee whilst we waited, and brochures to give us ideas as the store was really busy. A short time later, We were then taken by Scott who was very patient and friendly. He took time and care to find my mum and I, a great holiday. A very pleasant experience shopping at this branch, and I would highly recommend paying them a visit if your thinking of jetting off. Lovely modern store and very friendly staff. I wanted to book a trip to Florida after having been many years ago. Maria was so helpful and really knowledgeable about all the different options. Quite a lot had changed since we last went but Maria really knew her stuff and helped us find the perfect holiday. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I'll definitely be using this store for our next family holiday :)

We spoke to a lovely lady Brinder, she was very informative, funny and professional.She covered absolutely everything and more with regardless to our holiday. With her being similar experiences to what we were booking we enjoyed listening to all her stories. We booked a cruise which she had been on, so this helped giving us all details and reassurance we needed ( having not done a cruise before). We also got a upgrade and a price match to online, thanks to Brinder! So cheers again!
