I traveled with a group of ladies to London to attend the Christmas Carol concert at the Albert Hall. Everything was great from start to finish. The Britannia Hotel was great, and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Our bus driver, Sharon, was lovely and had great local knowledge of the cities we passed en route to London.

We travelled from Gretna to Ostend for the Belgium Christmas markets. 1st bus driver who took us as far as Charnock Richard was lacking in any information, didn't tell us his name or anything. However the driver following was called Phil from Parks of Hamilton, he was amazing very informative, good banter, silly jokes the lot. Hotel in Ostend was really good as was the food. Trip to Bruges was really good, not as impressed with Brussels, however Ostend was lovely plenty to see and do on our drivers day off. Journey back was 13 hours in total, exceptionally long but couldn't be helped.

We went to Warwick castle and Chatsworth as a party of Four , our drive mark was very good , he gave accurate times (give or take 5 mins either side)and was very knowledgeable about the castle and the town of Warwick . He Managed change our meal time to a more reasonable time (afar as we were concerned)and was very clear about departure times and pick up times … he was also very entertaining. Warwick and Chatsworth were amazing well worth visiting, I would highly recommend this tour . The hotel was as expected as was the food , the staff were very good. All in all we had a wonderful time and well worth the money

Coach driver Sarah was amazing, hotel at Buxton was lovely as were the staff. Down side was the lack of details from company about itinerary. This had an impact on our groups travel plans costing us a further £75 each on train and hotel bookings which were needless had we known we'd be back in Newcastle earlier and able to access travel back to our home town. More information is required for the clients.

Myself and my friend Tricia have just returned from the weekend away to Scarborough where we had the most amazing time, a big shout out for our amazing driver Robbie who kept us amused with his banter and informative journey both ways. This was our first time travelling with cally. Will not be our last we can’t wait to book another few nights away Ps loved our hotel met plenty of lovely people . Hotel staff sorry didn’t get his name let me take a cutting from the spider plant that had lots of babies. They are now being well looked after till next time thank you for the memories ❤️

Been on two trips , first one mystery trip was ok but hotel was near Birmingham airport , in middle no where , no entertainment, meal set menu , don’t like mushrooms starters , main course pasta meat balls , not for me the next trip was to Chester and Liverpool, brilliant but hotel near Haydock race course , set meal again , vegetable lasagna, fish pie , sweet sour curry agh what’s happened good old fashion meat / cottage pie , The driver on this tour never introduced himself apparently he wasn’t feeling to good , there was no one else to cover trip , all he did was smoke when he got off the coach no banter etc. we will not book ibis , holiday inn or jury’s inn as these are set meals , next one is with national holidays

Had numerous trips with this company from Skye to Disneyland and many in between. Recenrly doing the trip to Fort William/Glencoe and then another to Skye. Having everything included and reserved seating makes the trips so much more enjoyable. I wouldn't think twice about booking with one already for next month.

Great trip to Black Forest, Germany last week, feeder bus from Glasgow and met coach at Scotch corner, driver Graham was very knowledgeable about local areas and an excellent driver and trips to different locations we're good. Hotel, although location could have been better, was a traditional German Inn, food was lovely and plentiful and rooms were good and serviced every day. Looking forward to booking again

Just came back from a 4 day trip to Bosworth Hall Hotel and Spa. Visits to Stamford, Matlock and Bakewell, and a couple not shown in brochure. Coach driver was very professional and friendly, gave clear Instructions at each drop off and how to get to markets, sites, parks and other amenities, also timings and length of stay in areas. The Hotel was beautiful and lovely grounds. Full English breakfast every morning, selection of cereals, continental breakfast. Toast, tea and coffee, buffet style, our breakfast was at 7:30, which I found less busy as hotel seemed to be very full. Dinner started with soup, then there was a carved meat, another selection pie or chicken, and fish dish, selection of vegetables. Pudding a selection of 3 cakes to choose from with cream. Our sitting was early 5:30 again self serve buffet style, tea and coffee available. The bar was next door so you could buy a drink to have with your meal or after. There was some seating in bar area, also an enclosed courtyard or a short walk along corridor to settee style seating, including recliner settees. After a long day very relaxing. The room 155 we had was compact double, the windows were difficult sash old type difficult to open once closed, wardrobe was sliding mirrors off the tracks, a lot of noise to open and close. Bathroom had large bath with shower above which kept getting scalding hot, Bath was deep which was good for those who like baths, I shower and found it difficult to camber into and out of bath for shower, not suitable for those with flexibility issues , also ceiling was looking worse for wear, loose paint. The bed was a little firm for my liking. Saying that it had tea and coffee making with enough tea, coffee and sugar. Milk if further required was from reception, same for toilet rolls and clean towels as due to circumstances(covid) no cleaning was done during stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a very old building and could do with renovation but I liked its character, didn't see the ghost or blood seeping through. Also didn't have time for spa which was a shame. Next time might forgo the trips and enjoy the swimming and leisure spa. All in all a very enjoyable trip, beautiful weather too Thank you
