We came in today with very little idea about what we wanted to do for our holiday bar liking the idea of Portugal. Jacqueline was so friendly and helpful and helped us to find an amazing deal for a Lisbon city break next July. Can’t recommend the customer service here enough!
I cannot praise the professional service provided by Pauline Kennedy highly enough. After a very traumatic experience at Edinburgh airport, Pauline stepped in and fought my corner, pushing the airline to meet their responsibilities, while continually advising me and supporting me through a very difficult week. Pauline and her Manager have made it possible for me to go to Australia later this week to meet my granddaughter - a trip of a lifetime that, without Pauline, would have remained as just a shattered dream- do not think twice, take advantage of of Pauline’s vast knowledge and experience and let her help you plan a successful trip of a lifetime!

I knew that we were in very safe hands from the very first enquiry about Atlas Ocean Voyages. Helen was so knowledgeable, about the company and the ship. She made sure that we had everything that we wanted from this holiday, taking care of arrangements for the entire trip to Greenland. We've dealt with Michelle in the Oswald Street branch for years and always been happy with the professional way she's dealt with our queries. This year she has gone way above the normal care of us as customers, answering questions and even contacting us while we were away to reassure us that she'd rearranged flights cancelled by BA. Can't praise this lady highly enough!
Tried to book a holiday with Glasgow branch asked to be emailed prices for a long haul but this branch or their operative only deal with you if you call them can’t seem to deal with online emails! So if your deaf or mute you have no chance of this branch getting you prices better off going somewhere else
They made errors in entering the correct spelling of passenger names provided to them, lacked in service levels, and set up cruise account pricing in the wrong currency, with no ability to change it, making booking of excursions a non-starter due to the exchange rates involved. They have fallen below the bar in advising, and coordinating for international passengers on the same group booking - better to go direct to the cruise lines as these guys won't work for the high prices they charge.
