   I lost my car keys in the store and Josh, the deputy manager, was extremely helpful, searched through pillow section and then found them amongst rolls of wrapping paper near the till! Thank you so much This service was above and beyond anything I’ve experienced before!

   Came here to see if they had any shower curtains suitable to go across the end of my walk in shower cubicle which has an entry way ~80cm wide between the wall and the screen with a 2m drop, something a metre wide would have been ok if they'd had anything. Unfortunately the only shower curtains they sell are 180x180cm which wouldn't quite have a long enough drop and are far too wide, so I will likely have to get one from a popular online retailer instead. I do always try and avoid shopping at popular online retailers and give local shops a chance if I can, but sometimes they just don't have what you are looking for. Store is quite large and sells quite a lot of other things. I went straight to look at the shower curtains and was then pretty much asked to get out of the way by one of the staff with a trolley, so I walked straight out a bit quicker than I might have otherwise intended.

   For the CAFE: I hate to leave a negative review for the store because the store itself is always great, but my husband and I were always looking forward to visiting the cafe here and we finally today with a poor experience. The tables were dirty and sticky. We asked one of the employees for the wifi password (since we both brought laptops) and he said they didn’t have one, even though the wifi states to ask an employee for the wifi login... So we were unable to use our computers. I ended up ordering a frappe. What they made me was very clearly not a frappe. Not only that, it tasted very bad. After double checking online you can see Dunelm Pausa - see photo from Dunelm FB (and any frappe from anywhere for that matter) comes as blended iced coffee in a plastic cup with whip cream. My drink was practically room temperature and foamy, so it was definitely not a frappe. My husband asked the 3 men working the cafe why it wasn’t what we expected and they were very rude. They said it was 100% a frappe and only offered to add cream. We asked for a refund and left.

   Visited this store today following some issues with a on line order of net curtains,which they just can’t seem to get right and have sent the wrong ones twice.The Store we did the purchase from haven’t been very helpful so went to a different store,this one we were served by a very helpful lady called IZZY she quickly helped us and we finally were able to get the correct item,the store is better than the one we have been using and seems to have more items to choose from.

   Love the products in this store but it's the staff I feel for. Went on to collect an item and the que was very long. Only two on the tills and no other staff available. Customers were getting irritable. If the store is going to be open until 9pm then management need to ensure that there are sufficient staff to serve the customers especially in the run up to Christmas. The till staff are always friendly and willing to help and apologise for keeping you waiting.

   Love Dunelm. I could spend hours in here, and spend a lot as well! Great range of products, basic and luxury items galore. Today all I needed was a reel of cotton. Found it, the choice of shades is immense. So a cheap day today.
