   would not use inpost here, got served 2 parcels with same name then 3rd code dident work for my 3rd parcel , just got told we can't give you the parcel and they took the parcel away and wanted to shoo me off and started serving customers over the top of me, last thing the women sed to me was you need to get intouch with inpost its not my problem, they dident even offer to help try get in contact with them or say if you call them now we can talk to them about it was just really pure rude the way it was handled , i understand it was just a parcel but this could of been handled so much better! left me upset and embarrassed leaving the store. i had to send someone in after we had rang inpost just for them to believe some person on the phone to give my partner the parcel ( it was inpost but could of been anyone on the phone), please dont use the inpost here as they have no interest in helping you when theres a technical fault or code dose not work they would rather start and argument with you and refuse you your parcel

   i went into the shoparound 10:56ish and one of the members was cleaning the floor and said i give up just cause customerskept coming before closing time they should have cleanned the floors while the shop was closed and have one till server who is slow and takes ages the rest are best workers not the newer one is slow i give 1 stars
