   Went in to buy stuff with dad he wanted acohol asked me for id and wouldnt serve him all i was doin was on my phone wating ver dirt looks and horrible attitude towards customers and kids dont recomend

   Good range, the shop is well presented, clean and tidy. It falls down at checkout, be prepared for a long wait regardless of when you go. They also have a small number of baskets, so nothing unusual for no baskets at the entrance and you have to get one from the checkouts.

   I do really like this shop. Not the staff, the other day i heard a conversation about staff hiding snacks too eat them for themselves They dont even have to pay. Other then the staff this place is great, Would go here again.

   Very rude and unprofessional service. I came in to return an item I had just bought, with the receipt in hand, the original packaging intact, and the items clearly unused and in perfect condition. The woman at the till didn’t even bother to look at the products or the receipt. She simply said, “We can’t refund this,” without giving any explanation or following proper store policy. According to B&M’s own return policy, refunds are allowed if the items are in good condition and returned within the timeframe with proof of purchase — which I had. But instead of even checking, she dismissed me rudely, pushed the items back across the counter, and told me to take them and leave. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in a store. Absolutely shocking behavior from staff. This experience left me feeling humiliated and ignored. I expected basic courtesy, not to be treated like a problem for following the rules. B&M needs to train their staff better in customer service and ensure they actually follow their own return policy

   Cheap store staff on tills could be more polite and not throw down your products and actually have eye to eye contact and too many people walking around eating the products and not paying for them at the till lol
