Excellent service. Lots of help and suggestions on hotels we may like in the area /resort we wanted to travel to. Knowledgeable about the hotel and nearby facilities etc. Definitely will return to book our next holiday.
Would never book with them again. At the start of the year me and my friend went to book a holiday to ibiza, when we got to the shop we spoke with Fiona who is meant to be a manager. We spoke through hotels and what would be best, she recommended a hotel she had stayed at with her friends and how it was really nice and newly refurbished. So we booked it as self catering and was reassured we would have a fridge, as two 18 year old girls on our first self catering we wanted a fridge. Two weeks before our holiday we happened to be emailing the hotel only to find out they do not provide a fridge. So I my self phoned and spoke to Fiona the manager who said she never told us that and there was nothing she was going to do to help us, only thing we could do was cancel and loose our money over something that was not our fault.I was basically called a liar on the phone. So we went ahead with it and made do . Everything went smoothly until we got to the hotel to find out our 2 star plus hotel was actually a 1 star, it was not newly done up and infact horrible. The beds were ripped, the headboards had people cigarettes put out on them and the walls had mould.So obviously we were not very happy. After finding new accommodation for the week and loads of taxi’s back and fourth. It was an absolute joke. We had been completely missold a holiday off of someone who calls them self a manager. She took advantage of two 18 year old girls booking their first holiday and sold us a lot of lies. The hotel was a dump and Fiona was no help at all to us. Would Never book again. Absolutely appalled this is the behaviour from a manger.
