   Please do not use this company. Their customer service is appalling. Our flight date and airport ( changed from Bristol to Birmingham!) was changed 11 months before our travel date and no one bothered to tell us. We found this out ourselves when our travel documents were emailed to us 2 weeks before departure!! Two emails and two phone calls to request to speak to a manager totally ignored. Have never experienced anything like this in all our years of travel. Please avoid at all costs.

   Hello, I booked a flight with Sunny Holidays, an independent agent of Merlin travel on the 11th April for a direct flight departure from Gatwick, arriving in Cayo Coco, Cuba on the 5th May. After waiting for my tickets to be issued and having no positive response I requested my refund, which still has not been actioned. Further to this we contacted directly Gatwick Airport and received the information below:
