Terrible. They delayed a very early morning (6am) flight by 2.5 hrs and did not tell anyone. Then the plane water was frozen ( why didn't they figure it out during the delay!!). Excuse was the previous night flight was delayed 4 hrs. Why did they not switch crews?? Poorly managed. Customer not important
