Outstanding service received after all flights cancelled in and out of Pisa Airport on Wednesday 26th September. Flights rearranged Bologna/LHR/GLA, luggage checked through and wheelchair access for my mother (aged 92) - this all within a couple of hours - AMAZING!!!
