   First time with Eclipse breaks. Loved the pick up from door to bus. Inn on the prom, St Anne's was a nice hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable apart from sloping floor and dated bathroom. Staff were awesome. Meals were adequate for the agegroup. Small portions. Pool was lovely. Entertainment on 30th and 1st was amazing but oh dear the hogmany ball. A DJ who was awful a musician and I say that loosely. Half the people on bus left the ball it was too loud and the music was terrible. Meal was nice and staff were great. We stood on dance floor and waited on the countdown then had to listen to DJ trying to sing auld Lang Syne but didn't even know the words . Then he played a couple of Scottish songs. That was it! As our first trip I did not know what to expect the only thing I can say I was disappointed in apart from the ball was the lack of activities during the day. I thought maybe a quiz or dominoes or snooker or cards or even a couple of games. Lot of people in the hotel all day with nothing to do. Anyway thank you.

   First time with eclipse certainly won't be the last.we done door to door on the nc500 tour everything went smoothly.our coach driver Alex was amazing it was great to be in his company couldn't do enough for you. Always laughing and joking.we stayed at the gairloch hotel. Room was spotless had everything you needed.view from window was breathtaking.woke every morning to water and hills.lift was broken whole five days we were there.the stairs were a bit much after long days out.food was good except for gluten free options which I was disappointed with.apart from those two faults.would definitely use this company again.

   Really disappointing response to a call today. One of their coach's nearly wiped out the young girl in the car in front tonight on the A90. Poor lass skided towards the centre reservation after it pulled into lane 2 with no warning. Called their office as I'd want to know as an employer and they put the phone down on me. Glad I don't run my fleet the same way. Shocking way to run a business. Still might post the dash cam video.

   Just back from a great 5 day tour of Oxford, Cambridge and Windsor with Eclipse. The taxi taking us to the pick up point was bang on time and the driver helped with our luggage. The coach was very comfortable with an on board toilet although we had 2 good comfort breaks on the way. The driver, Alex, was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. He kept us informed at all times and could answer any questions asked. The locations were stunning and we had plenty of time to explore and see the cities tourist sites. The hotel was a bit remote but after the days sight seeing it was good just to have dinner and chill out. This was our first trip by coach and we looked at other companies but we picked Eclipse after a recommendation. The door to door feature is brilliant and to anyone thinking about a coach trip I would say don,t think about it, do it, you,ll not regret it and I would definitely recommend Eclipse.

   Holiday not as expected no mention that that the train journeys were only one way and that you returned by coach. Long train journey to Mallaig and only 1/2 hour there before getting on coach and back. Spent 10mins of this time in a queue for the ladies no time to see the place never mind get some lunch. Hotel very run down needs a good clean and the service and the food was very basic. First time on this type of holiday and it will be my last. When you cost out the train journeys we did and the hotel cost on line holiday was overpriced

   This was our first experience of travelling with Eclipse and hopefully won't be our last. Their customer service is excellent. From the original booking via telephone until the query about taxi collection on returning home, the staff were friendly and dealt with everything promptly. Our coach was very comfortable and the driver was first class. He was cheerful, caring and, most importantly, a very good driver. He even cleaned the coach each night.

   Had a great time at Ireland at The Inishowen Gateway Hotel Buncrana, food and rooms were good also good pool and good location looking over the beach and golf course. The trips were good with Paul our driver especially the famine village which was very well done.
