My order was delivered promptly and the laptop was to my specification and worked great. There was an issue with the battery but after trying a few teams suggested by the support team with no luck, they replaced the battery promptly. Great price, service and support.
Couldnt find this model anywhere, but they had it, delivered in around 5 days and well packaged. I would recommend them to friends
Beware! Camera came from China. The plug and instructions were Chinese. I emailed customer support to let them know and they told me they'd look into it and never came back to me or sent me the replacement UK parts. I don't buy from China and this company is clearly pretending to be UK-based, so I would not use this company again.
