   Today 05/12/2025 I booked return tickets for travel to Accra, Ghana. I was served by Zayn, I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I felt at ease and knew I was being listened to.    They are fraud They are fraud! I paid £225 deposit which they said they will forward me the ticket and reserved it for me. Also said to pay the rest of the money. This was said by Ahmed,he is a expert scammer. he never send the ticket when I contacted airline there’s no ticket reserved under my name. I contacted Ahmed several times asking for my ticket but he never sent it. And also they have many companies for scam.(flights and tickets /ticketLords.co

   Never purchase a ticket from them. was asked to pay £150 for to place a booking on the tickets and was ready to pay the rest on the same day but i was told that they will send me a link and i have to wait to pay for the ticket. they increased the ticket fare by double the next day.i refused to pay for the outrageously expensive ticket and requested for the refund for my £150! this all happened within 24 hrs so i should have recieved my refund on May 15th. Its October now and NO REFUND AND NO UPDATE! I WANT MY £150 REFUND BACK ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS NOW!

   SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!!, please keep away from these Asian scum bags pretending to have western names. When you reserve a ticket with £100 deposit they will ask you to call back 2weeks before your journey to complete payment. If you call even before the 2 weeks they'll the person dealing with your booking is off sick or on holiday, to call back at a certain date. When you call on that date he will get you speaking to another thief that he is at the finance department, who will then say your booking has been cancelled cos you didn't pay early and you can't have your money back. They are not ATOL protected so keep away from them.

   This company is a fraud! Stay away! They lie soo much especially Sarah Loren who dealt with my ticket. I got promised a deal, when I booked in September for Ghana in December to find out less then 2 weeks before my flight the ticket was never booked. For months I sent countless amount of emails and calls yet they were all ignored. When I finally spoke to Sarah she would say 'Don't worry its all booked' then to find out the ticket never existed and it was all a lie! Now 2 weeks before travel prices have all gone up and I have lost out thanks to this company. To make matters even worse they said I would get my full refund plus compensation and they haven't done it. Stay away from this company and look elsewhere, as they are not legit and I have been learned a big lesson from it all so want everyone else to know so they can avoid being cheated too. Do not use there services!
