   Fantastic customer service by Demi Stewart. Mum and myself went into book a holiday, but we didn't have any idea of what we wanted and where we wanted to go. Demi was so patient and worked with us, discussing different options. We were in for a few hours and Demi smiled all the way through. During our time we realised there we're a few things we didn't want and others we needed (door on the bedroom, shower rather than bath, and not long coach transfers) and she accommodated us by changing the search perarmeters, and by finding the perfect holiday. We we're really impressed with the service and would recommend using Stewart Travel and we will be using them again for our future bookings.

   Amazing service. Jordan is on our 3rd all inclusive booking now. 2 rooms, pre booked seats, in flight meals and transfers. He has taken all the stress out. All of the staff are so nice and the manager is lovely too. I Wouldn't go anywhere else.

   would not recommend, was sent to a hotel that was very unsafe and we had to take it in our own hands to change hotel whilst on holiday. we had phoned Stewart Travel and they told us that they could do nothing about our issues. we paid very good money for our holiday and did not recieve the standard you would expect. the holiday was not what we were sold.

   The service was amazing. We had issues with international flights which continued on to our hotel. The staff in the Irvine branch went over and above to try and sort things out for us. Really good after care and I will continue to book my holidays with them.

   Recently returned from a fab trip to Lanzarote booked with Diane, this was out 10th visit to this hotel so the review is not on the hotel but most definitely on Diane and Stewart Travel, everything was perfect, even down to a proper Travel Wallet provided (good old fashioned values) already booked another trip for April '23 with Diane. Always did it myself in the past but safe to say ST have now got themselves another repeat customer I will not be booking with anyone else !!!!

   We are just back from a week at lido de jesolo at hotel Miami now this is a TUI package holiday BUT was booked via Stewart travel and my advise to anyone going is DON’T GO I rang the local shop last Saturday to ask a question about the holiday in due to go on ,there were only 2 answers and Diane couldn’t tell me (nor looked) was told to get in while we are there seems the shop should not have taken our money to buy the tour we already have for this holiday, how encouraging. Should we try to book with them again this is the kind of things we will be told! Very unhelpful and then told that this is a package holiday with TUI so it’s them I see should anting go wrong BUT Stewart travel we’re glad enough to take our money for it! Totally ruined my dream trip to NY & Canada with passes that didn’t work, also beware as not every hotel in NY or Canada that ask you to pay resort fees, learned that one way too late , failed to tell us info we needed, don’t feel they fought for us over the compensation. I’d never go with this travel agency again Was advised today that the boss had replied to me yet there is nothing on here, no emails, no calls, nothing! Oops! Once again wrong information. Don’t get me wrong the girls in shop are all lovely but after having nightmare holiday it’s left me never using the company again Final note- tried to ask for help for our up and coming holiday but can’t help

   We booked a trip to Canada & Alaska including the Rocky Mountaineer & travelled in August 22. We are so impressed with the seamless way it was all put together & every trip, flight, transfer, hotel booking went without a hitch. Great value for money. We will definitely use Stewart Travel again.
