We had the pleasure of meeting Julie and her husband on one of our more recent holidays and after hitting it off quickly, we knew there was only one person to book our big trip to Italy this year!! As we were travelling around multiple locations, Julie took away any stress and hassle by organising our flights, booking our trains and strategically choosing our hotels so we were in an ideal location in every city. Julie did so seamlessly and without her, our holiday would not have been as streamlined from start to finish. We literally couldn't have booked a holiday like this without her! She even kindly checked in on us as we moved around to ensure everything was going well - even although she was also on her own holiday!! I recently returned from a fabulous trip all arranged by Julie. My friend and I went to Benidorm for a week, a place we last visited in our teens! Julie took great care to find us a hotel, with the board and room type we needed in the location we wanted (the Old Town - thoroughly recommended) as well as sensible flight times. Not long after booking the tour operator alerted that there was due to be building works while we were there and Julie was straight on to me to discuss this, and sourced an alternative hotel for us. She kept us updated right up to departure, and even a wee text check in while we were away. 10/10 service. Would definitely recommend Julie for all your travel needs
Julie created our dream honeymoon and made things so easy. Julie arranged a package including our flights, hotels and all transfers making life so much easier. Julie is the most accommodating travel agent, she arranged separate travel for our party so we could surprise the birthday girl, and she informed the hotel of the secret and they left a card and champagne in the room for her. This woman is a god send. She booked our honeymoon for us during all the covid nonsense and dealt with ever obstacle with such professionalism. Julie continues to give us fantastic service when booking our holidays: from making suggestions according to our budget and preferences, to organising paperwork, her advice and friendly service is excellent. Our flights and transport to Olhos de Agua were smooth and our hotel exactly as Julie described it with great facilities and everything to a high standard. We had a fully equipped kitchen in our room if we chose to cook there and a fabulous sea view balcony. The small town was just a short walk away with plenty of restaurants/small shops. I would highly recommend Restaurante Calheiros for typical Portuguese food. Public transport to nearby Albufeira and Vilamoura was very convenient and cheap. I have no hesitation in recommending Julie for her advice and knowledge and will look forward to using her expertise and services again in the future.
Just back from an amazing trip to Vegas booked through Julie at BrilliantTravel. Due to personal issues and also covid regulations the destination changed a few times however Julie was supportive and understanding and always available to help. Julie arranged a wonderful Holiday for myself, Clare and Emily at Lapita Hotel parks and resort in Dubai, everything was excellent with transfers from the airport to hotel.
