Been twice to this Pharmacy for myself and my grandaughther in recent weeks. Great staff, great Pharmacist, listened to me and was treated quickly. What a fantastic service much better than the doctors being able to book appts!!! Will definitely use it again!!!! Thank you

AVOID!!!! Appalling place. Staff completely indifferent to whether or not you get medication you depend on to live. Despite the mistake being with them, they left me without steriod coverage and I had to admit myself to hospital. They could have got it in time but the driver had my prescription in his van all day and it was seemingly inconvenient for him to call back to the pharmacy or send a picture of my prescription. It resulted in me being on the brink of an adrenal crisis and ending up having to go to hospital. And it’s not the first time…..it’s about the 10th. Unpleasant, unhelpful, churlish, rude, awful communication and then relaying lies to head office about mistakes they claim not to have made. I couldn’t steer people away from this place enough.

Struggling to be incompetent. Really indifferent. Free delivery for prescription thats hit and miss. Mainly miss! Can't answer a phone that eventually switches to fax. Ask a question of the delivery person and it is met with his back and a shrug of the shoulders. If you want anxiety and like being ignored Dicksons Viewpark are the go to establishment. Heard a rumour they are a parcel drop off/collection point too. Anyway, if you rely on cardio medications being delivered go elsewhere.
This used to be a great pharmacy now it's pathetic.They like to give people the runaround either they don't have your prescription in stock they then tell you they will order it in then when you call back they tell you it's still not in stock they have to order it in.They are a joke.Want the wages but don't want the hassle.
Have been using this pharmacy for the free prescription delivery on a weekly basis to my mother. The service is very poor as often have to chase this up as the driver doesnt appear. If there is a change in the presription it takes them about 4 weeks to adjust the meds. Today is no exception, meds meant to arrive on a wednesday and its now 1630 hrs with no sign of the driver. I have been phoning since 1400 hrs, total number of calls 17 and the number rings out, cuts off or switches to a fax machine. I am sure they are just hanging up on people. Shocking service and gives undue anxiety to an elderly person scared of running out of pills. If they cant cope with demand they should not be doing this service.
Shambles of a place! Prescription delivery service shocking as each and every time I need to chase up my mums Prescription as it never gets delivered...latest excuse was driver had covid, when asked why there wasn't a phone call to arrange collection for the Prescription I was told that there's too many people to call which I totally understand, however I'm pretty sure they could have made a phone call to the surgery and let them know that the delivery service wouldn't be available at the moment. I went to collect the Prescription after work and had to wait for around 10 mins to be acknowledged even tho 2 members of staff were stocking up shelves. Total ignorance from all staff. Will be cancelling the Prescriptions going to this chemist ASAP.
