   Leisure centre itself has good facilities, however the sauna and steam room are overcrowded due to non members not paying for a pass or members not making a booking and still using the facility. Staff do not care about this. Staff also do not care when women try to report men following them in the changing rooms and harassing them in the sauna/steam rooms.

   Excellent leisure centre, massive 50m swimming pool which I really enjoy using. It's nice to have a session in the steam or sauna straight after a swim. Loads of facilities and classes if you're a member and parking is free for members. I recently finished a session and felt a little light headed and the staff were unbelievably helpful, they gave me a lucozade to up my blood sugar and stayed with me until I felt better.

   My two kids have been attending swimming lessons at Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex, Swimming Centre for over 3 years. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The teachers seem more interested in prolonging the courses rather than focusing on individual students’ progress. New students are added to classes, while senior kids are ignored and discouraged from advancing. While I appreciate the excellent facilities, the staff appears greedy, prioritizing profit over quality education. Would not recommend for serious learners.

   I love this place. I have a membership, and it has a huge amount of classes for fitness to choose. The pools are huge indoor and outdoor. Staff are friendly, and fitness teachers are amazing. Better is a great gym, and I would recommend it to everyone. During summer you can use the Lido pool and have yoga, aqua aerobics outside. There is a car parking with lots of spaces. If you are a member of the gym, you can pay a fee of £5 at the staff desk and your Registration will be added to the Council list and you will have up to 4h free in the car park for a year.

   The best leisure centre for me! I am always in awe with the nature in front of me whilst running in the treadmill. Cleanliness is well-maintained and staff are polite. The sauna and steam, however, are not available most of the time. They should open until 8pm as most users are working during office hours.

   Went as a referral client. Nice sports complex and plenty activities to get on with for adults and children. Have a cafe on site. Hot chocolate was gorgeous but sandwich was a bit pricey for me but tasted nice. Even have a lido. Would recommend.

   My experience at the Hillingdon Sports and Leisure centre is mainly focused on the cafe situated inside. I came in for a light bite after my swimming session, the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming the staff were very warm and friendly. The cake and coffee I had was perfect the range of cakes and sweet treats was decent also. The check back I received was greatly appreciated. Overall a very happy lovely cafe and nice experience. Will be coming back again.

   Good and clean and great facilities especially with the improvements being made. Staff are friendly and happy to help and listern Only thing not a issue comfy chairs in coffee shop to relax after exercise. A great Hillingdon facilitie ,3 stone and counting.

   A nice outdoor pool. Lovely atmosphere. You have to book in advance for morning or afternoon sessions but places are taken up fast. Car park fills up pretty quickly too so come early for your session.

   Been here for the first time in a few years having been a regular at both the pool and the main gym and the facilities and the spaces has only improved. There is a large cafe area (which is currently being upgraded) with more than one gym area and a large main swimming pool as well as separate children’s pool area. There is also an outdoor pool which is great when it’s sunny and it’s warmed to 23 degrees all year round. Parking is really easy and reasonably priced and definitely will be visiting here on a more regular basis.
