“Court Park Hillingdon, a hidden gem! Beautiful Summer or Winter”
“Living in the area for 2 years now and this is my everyday park and I wouldn't trade it for the world. This park has always has a way of portraying its natural beauty with such elegance. Once you explore her inner workings you can find odd trails that will lead you in to beautiful areas that might not be accessible during other seasons.”
“This is a very pleasant park although some people use it as a dumping ground and do not take their rubbish home with them and that ruins it for other people, but on the whole a lovely place to go for a walk.”
“Nice big park for kids, walking dogs or even picknics.. There is a spacious kids playimg area, water splashing are and a small canal next to it where you will enjoy a nice scenery with Swans and ducks.. Really great to just unwind. Tjere is also a tennis cours, Basketball court and a skateboarding area.”
“Great spot for a family day out! Lovely walking trails, peaceful riverside views, and a nice little play area for kids. The on-site café had good coffee and snacks, and there’s a food and education centre nearby too. Perfect mix of nature, space to relax, and easy access. We’ll definitely be back!”
“Swakealy Park is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature. The park is well maintained, peaceful, and offers a pleasant environment for families, walkers, and children alike. The green spaces are clean and inviting, making it a great spot for morning walks or a quiet break from the busy routine. Overall, it’s a lovely community park that adds real value to the area and is worth visiting.”
“One of my favourite places locally for walking, fishing and generally chilling. Plenty of wildlife to spot including deer, kingfishers, herons and other waterfowl. HS2 are making a mess of it but don't let that put you off.”
“Very beautiful park also historic land”
“This is a lovely little fitness centre set in a small estate made for older people. I can’t comment on the gym or classes as I’m disabled so can’t make use of those. The pool however, is fab!! It is kept at a much warmer temperature than the local council pools. The sauna, steam room and hot tub are great. Staff keep it clean and are friendly and helpful. I’d recommend”
“Great park with lots of space to play sports. There is also small gym and playground.”
“I love this place. I have a membership, and it has a huge amount of classes for fitness to choose. The pools are huge indoor and outdoor. Staff are friendly, and fitness teachers are amazing. Better is a great gym, and I would recommend it to everyone. During summer you can use the Lido pool and have yoga, aqua aerobics outside. There is a car parking with lots of spaces. If you are a member of the gym, you can pay a fee of £5 at the staff desk and your Registration will be added to the Council list and you will have up to 4h free in the car park for a year.”
“Lovely walk around the lake chatting to the fishermen”
“I really love this leisure centre. I tried multiple gyms but I finally ended up here , because of the ambience and of course the range of gym equipment. The instructors are lovely, Rita has really been very helpful and always has a beautiful smile and positive energy .”
