   Staff are generally nice, tho the place is literally falling apart. Been using the sauna/steam for the last two months. It smells horrible, probably a poor water drain system. This needs to be taken seriously as it can pause a health and safety risk, all the bacteria create a faul smell that can cause breathing problems. A lot of members are complaining about it so hopefully it gets fixed.

   I hate to put 3 stars because the staff were really helpful, its just that the place itself hasn’t changed since 20 years. Theres mould everywhere, on the foamie barriers in the pool to their walls and floor. You feel gross swimming there. There are good slide options for under 10s. And the wave machine is fun. Just wish it was cleaner. The cafe was okay but they seemed to have run out of everything when we bought food from there.

   Greta little spot if you have a day layover in London with kids. Easy to get to, great pool and slides. Little escape room in the same complex, and nice walk by the Thames just outside.

   Really lovely staff, so friendly. We were met on Tuesday by a lovely kind lady, who had the best customer service (12 o clock we didn't catch her name). But, she was so thorough and offered us some help as were visiting the area on our holiday. But, to be fair all of the staff were lovely and kind. It shows that ypu must have lovely cohesive team. The kids and I enjoyed the swim session and slides.

   We had a fantastic family swimming session at Windsor Leisure Centre today at 12:15pm. The facilities were clean, well looked after, and very family-friendly. The pool itself was a great size with plenty of space, and the water was just the right temperature. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and really helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The kids especially loved the fun features in the pool, and it felt safe with lifeguards keeping a close eye at all times. Changing rooms were clean and convenient, which made getting ready much easier. Overall, it was a brilliant experience for the whole family. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

   Visited with my teenage son during school holidays. It was great. Friendly staff, clean changing room, wave pool, slides, spa pools, lazy river etc. Nice temperature for the water and air temperature warm, good showers and plenty of lockers (bring a large padlock, ours was too small so went straight through the hole but we easily got one for £4 from reception). We came quite far so booked a double session (2 hours) which was just enough for us. Good coffee shop too. Definitely worth the money. Nice by the river too but price of parking jumped up a lot after 3 hours. I'm looking forward to going back.

   I will 100% be coming back! I had such a great time. Cleanliness wasn't an issue, the gym was very well equipped, and Amelia at the front desk was so extremely helpful and made my visit that much better! Fantastic staff and fantastic facilities. Certainly recommend a visit if you haven't already.

   Free disability parking, swim shop, cafe, tired looking family swimming area but the kids absolutely loved it. Lots of different things for them to do. (4 slides, lazy river, wave pool, baby/toddler area) wave pool was only on once in our slot. I will be bringing my 2 boys back for sure. 2 and 5 years old. Nappy bins were full and jacuzzis not in operation.

   Should be more clean. Till staff needs to be more polite. Manager was good and professional solved the problem. Big slide is great. Online bookings are pain. Jaccizis are dirty. Pool is OK. Waves coming fun.
