   Couldn't ask for any more than what I received. Staff around the shop were friendly and helpful. Then arrived at checkout alone with a full trolley. The lady arranged for another lady to come and pack for me as she could see I was struggling. Then the lady came to my car and unpacked all my shopping. Excellent service and the low prices help the purse.

   I visit B&M's a couple of times a week and it's usually fine but today they had 2 tills on at dinner time so queues were big and assistants appeared to be on a go-slow. Hope this will improve as it gets closer to Christmas, otherwise I'll be giving it a miss.

   Friendly and very helpful staff. Asked just to put the basket on the conveyor so great didn't have to empty it. Noticed few items were not priced and alot prices have gone up. Some sections of shelves were empty. No one way system.
