Great. Got there for 9, staff had my pre-ordered prescription ready & waiting,done & dusted less than 5 mins!
All girls are very helpful kind and caring! Never a problem with whatever I go into the store for. Service is second to none.
This boots on shettleston road really lets the name off Boots down some off the younger girls are helpful but the older one is rude and unhelpful twice I’ve popped in for medication for painful eyes and urine infection and was told nothing would help where the Well pharmacy up the road sorted out my problems and gave a great service
Small and low stock of items but helpful and kind staff. You’ll might need a bigger boots.:)
Prescription was delayed until the next day, I phoned in the morning of the next day and was told to come in at 2pm. Left it until 2.30 and went in and the prescription was still not ready. So I had to go back a third time and still had to wait! There is always a queue and this is the most inneficient chemist I have ever been in. Avoid if you value your time!!!
Terrible waiting times, staff seem like they don't know what they're meant to be doing however, Sarah the pharmacist is friendly, approachable, careing and the only staff member that seems to know what's going on. Stella is fab also
The last three times I've had to wait for between five and ten minutes before getting served, regardless of whether you are looking for a prescription or simply buying something off the shelf and just want to pay, very frustrating.
