   I recently had an exceptional experience with an out-of-hours pharmacy on a Saturday evening when i tried to find one.Despite the late hour, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and empathetic. They took the time to explain the medication thoroughly, ensuring I understood the dosage and any potentially side effects. The pharmacy was well-stocked, and I was able to find all the items I needed without any hassle. The facility was clean and organized, which added to the overall positive experience. It's evident that the team is dedicated to providing top-notch care, even during late hours. I highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone in need of reliable and efficient service outside regular business hours. They truly go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers, making a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. Five stars!

   Honestly, best pharmacy I have ever attended. The female pharmacist (sadly, I forget her name) always goes above and beyond to help, and she actually cares! I am mentally unwell and she always takes time to listen to me and make sure I am safe - especially when I am in a bad place. She makes effort to respect me and shows genuine interest in how I am getting on. I really do hope she sees this review message. It only takes that one person to make a difference - remember that. She’s that person. Thanks again.

   What is wrong with this pharmacy? Terrible reviews all round yet nothing done about it? Every time I go I wait in a queue for 20/30 minutes, get to the front to pick up a prescription, person at the til will then go back and forward several times, 10 minutes each time disappearing through the back then coming back to ask another question then disappearing again. Waste so much of my time in this place! There is always about 4 staff behind the till yet one dealing with the queue. Worst pharmacy in EK!

   Went in to get a prescription ordered. Advised it would be 1 hour wait. Went away with my son and sat about for 1 hour to return to them saying they wouldn't have my order in until Monday now. Pretty poor wasted my time and they're time.

   Reading these reviews explains a lot. Been visiting EK this week and I popped in to this pharmacy yesterday for my first (and last) visit just to buy over the counter medication. I was treated like a naughty boy by staff member who was very patronising. Not a happy experience and I won't shop there again☹️

   Always so busy and so slow. Have here older staff being openly rude to younger staff. Now close 1-2 for lunch as well. Much better going to Morrisons In stewartfield. Staff are never apologetic and have no sense of urgency. Do not recommend at all. No time to browse the shop cause if you do the queue will have doubled! No fast queue for people just putting in prescriptions? Go elsewhere!!

   Went to collect prescription this morning shutters all down note on shutters not opening till 2.30 today does not mention that on website disgraceful way to treat customers. Whoever is in charge of employing sufficient staff needs a good kick to get there act together

   (2 reviews) (1st review. 3 stars) It's alright. I've had my good and bad experiences here. It's rubbish that the opening times are now 8pm. Being open later was the best thing about it. Overall, it's so-so. Not great, not terrible. (2nd review edited to 1 star) ...Now it's terrible. Every time i try to get somebody on the phone it rings out, and not just today. Guaranteed, that if i go down there the prescription won't be ready after about a week, so i try and phone for a heads up so i don't need to wait. Now, I've been trying the phone every now and again for a few hours and I'll need to go down and wait anyway. What a waste of my time, we deserve a better service.

   No problems with prescription, but with 3 chemists and 4 counter staff you would think they could do better than serving one customer at a time. Opens at 9am but invariably none of the staff are ready for business, usually more concerned with the computer behind the counter than the patients. It's handy that it's open til 8pm, but how about opening before 9am, or at least being ready for customers?
