“Me and my family owe a great deal of gratitude to a few of the staff in here. We went to the cafe in Morrisons Stewartfield on Sunday 6th June at about 11:50hrs for lunch. Me and my wife have two small children and we had an accident where we spilt hot fluids onto our wee girls leg. Within seconds the young man who was working in the cafe came to help us with the burn on her leg. He got the Irish female store manager(I'm sorry we didn't remember your names in the commotion). The young man from the cafe was unbelievably professional and extremely helpful ensuring we were cleaned up and moved to a different table with incredible sincerity and haste and ensured we had everything we needed. The female manager with the blonde hair wearing a coloured garland attended to our daughters leg and helped her stay calm whilst also getting assistance from their pharmacy. She was extremely attentive making sure the leg was given first aid at once. She also spent time with our young daughter chatting to help her relax and even gave both our children a lovely gift to help them both calm down as they both suffered quite a fright. We can't extend our gratitude enough to the staff in Stewartfield Morrisons. Your a shining example to your occupation and your management team should commend you for the way in which you helped your customers on Sunday 6th June 2021.”

“Went to ask advice at pharmacy as had allergic reaction on face and scalp. .Pharmacist Carolyn , was amazing, prescribed cream , tablets and going back for shampoo as out of stock. Wonderful service especially as then didn't need to go to doctor. Thank you, skin was better within minutes. ❤️”

And there is another lady who used to work on the Healthcare section who has now moved into cosmetics who any store would be so lucky to have. I didn’t catch her name, but has tattoos & undercut. “Just visited the store today ordered a large Pizza and one of your collegues Dawn from behid the counter actually came looking for me down one of the aisles apologising as they had ran out of large pizza bases, she was very pleasant and professional along with Katie on the checkouts who was also very cheerful and always engages with every customer she serves. I work in retail myself and have been shopping in your store for several years as the staff are always very helpful.”

“Visited this Tesco superstore and had a generally pleasant experience—except for one slightly unsettling detail. There was this granny who seemed to be following me around the store like some kind of produce-obsessed shadow. Every aisle I turned into, there she was—staring at the same apples I needed, inspecting the same carrots, and somehow bumping into me at every turn. It felt like I was in an unspoken race for the last bag of potatoes, and she was clearly winning. I tried to speed up, but she was always a step ahead, as if she had some sort of mystical connection to the store layout. Maybe she was just really into her shopping, or maybe she was secretly hunting me down for my top-quality tomatoes—who knows? Apart from my granny stalker, the rest of the store was a dream. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering assistance without me even having to ask. The aisles were well-stocked, the shelves neatly arranged, and the checkout process was quick and smooth. Despite the odd encounter, I left with everything I needed—and a few extra glances to make sure the granny wasn’t secretly following me to the parking lot. Would I return? Absolutely. The service was great, and I got everything on my list. But I’ll be keeping an eye on that mysterious granny next time—just in case she’s planning to shadow me again in the dairy section.”

“My husband and I attended Fentons for the first time today to be innoculated for a future trip abroad. We were very impressed with the Danny,the Pharmacist who provided this service.He was very informative about what vaccines would meet our needs. This was then carried out in a professional,efficient manner . This pharmacy is very bright and clean and other members of staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly”

I am mentally unwell and she always takes time to listen to me and make sure I am safe - especially when I am in a bad place.
