I was in the premises today and got confronted with a man serving ,saying my dog was not, allowed on premises unless its a guide dog, he was wearing id to see he is an assistance dog and i even showed him his identification card with his details and photo, but he said its only guide dogs allowed and head office told him this, his attitude also was very unsettling too, and i said its an offence to refuse an assistance dog ,but he just ignored this. This was discussed in front of waiting customers and made me feel bad. I think your employees should be trained with correct knowledge and law if working with public. This is second time this has happened in this premises and next time i will be reporting this to authorities. Disgusting way to treat a pensioner with my lifeline at my side and in this day and age should nit be a problem.

Below average service, never got the prescription in you need, always gave to come back later or tomorrow, or wait 15 - 20min for the prescription even when there is no one else in the store, Methadone users get priority aswell

Don't select this store for Online Delivery orders. Store receives the order but does not send any notifications that the order is ready to collect. I had to wait more than 2 weeks before contacting Customer Care who too lied and said the code on the parcel couldn't be scanned as the box was damaged.. it wasn't, the box and the label were intact. Really disappointed with the service.

Went to collect repeat prescription on Tuesday. Wasn't ready even though it should have been ready for collection on Monday. Told it would be available Friday, four days overdue. Went along on Friday at 12.45 only to be told it wouldn't be ready until 4.00. Absolutely disgraceful level of service. This is not a one off. Last four or five prescriptions haven't been available on the due date. Staff are pleasant enough but incompetent.

This chemist is dangerous. The staff lie to their customers about loosing repeat prescriptions or not having their live prescription . When challenged they will say . We can't find it or you need a new one. Or that the doctor has stopped it. Knowing that you have to get a court order before anyone can check their books or your (your) notes that they have on you. Mmm. I WONDER, if someone is using all those lost repeat prescriptions to pack up all the drugs and sell it for big big bucks over seas. Think about it. All the drugs would be accounted for . If someone happened to find all those lost presciptions. After the patient has got 10 more new ones thats always seem to get lost . Don't know how many times ive been in there when some old ladys daughter is in shouting about where is her mums prescriptions. Their lost again or something. I've heard them even shout out theres something wrong in here, yous are up tae something. WELL IF THEY ARE GOING TO TELL YOU BARE FACED LIES. STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE INSTEAD OF DOING THEIR JOBS. THEN LIE ABOUT LIKE THE UNDERHANDED ******* THAT THEY ARE . WELL WHAT DO YOU EXPECT

So I have always used this pharmacy it's a small boots so very limited in the way of products you would obviously get at the bigger boots. Very little in the way of car parking. Currently due to government advice over corona they are only allowing 2 customers in the shop at anytime. There is no good wheel chair access and even Inside because it's small it would be very difficult to get in with a wheel chair but the staff are very helpful in the way that if you let them know you want to shop in there then they would get your products for you. You can easily get their attention from chapping the window from the outside

Worst chemist out I don't know who leaving these other reviews but the chemist is farcicle. Never got medication in and I am talking about 3 little tablets that I had to do without and asked them to order my repeat prescription and never once did they have it right actually done without vital medication for two weeks because of them and when u asked them what was going on they said they weren't there to take that maybe if they got ur prescription right u would have to get fed up with.them. Also tried to make out they asked me to go to another chemist when that had already been well arranged.. Although most of the staff were pleasant enough. Just not a well run chemist..
