   What an incompetent lot. Have a bacterial infection and need antibiotics but doctors practice told me I needed to go via a pharmacist. I unfortunately chose Dicksons Rutherglen. Booed an appt via their website, I wanted an in person appointment but got an e-mail with a link to a virtual lobby for online consultation. Come appointment time and after 5mins sitting in a virtual meeting by myself I phone them to ask what the hold up is only to be told my appointment is face-to-face and they are waiting on me (so why send an e-mail with a link for online consultation). I was understandably confused. Nothing in the e-mail suggested I was expected to attend in person yet they make out the fault to be mine and that I mis-read the e-mail. Had 3x other people since confirm my e-mail said nothing about face-to-face / in-person. They offer me an appointment later in the day and I attend only to be advised they can’t offer me anti-biotics. Just a steroid spray. Now having to go back to my doctors practice to seek emergency appointment. Whole day wasted just trying to get basic medicine. Total joke! Also just for an extra moan. They have a waiting area in this store. Where are the chairs? Less than one foot away from the tills. In the 10mins I sat waiting had to repeatedly move my legs to accommodate other customers. Really dumb place to stick your chairs, sitting with other customers butts in my face.

   Got to be the slowest chemist ever staff always chatting with each other always need to comeback as they are so slow I run out of time and get frustrated they are all chatting with each other rather than attending to customers

   Been using them for a number of years but they have recently(1-2 years) become the most incompetent unprofessional lot that I dread having to deal with. Despite "updating" all my personal details online 6 months ago, when requesting repeat prescription they sent it to an address I haven't lived at for 3 years(£200 worth of meds). not sure what their data protection policy is but it's not being adhered to. Then got sent wrong amount of meds to the right address at least. Made enquiries and then sent photo of containers and postage package which could not physically fit correct amount, the person I corresponded with could not use basic grammar and came to a phenomenal conclusion that was blatantly contradictory to the 3 photos provided by this time. If you value your privacy and don't want any other people that live at a previous address to know what your medication is then don't use this practice, if you have the choice...unless of course you enjoy wasting your time and questioning your sanity in the process.

   Worst chemist ever , staff where obnoxious, just needed advice for my five year old, told we are to busy and go away ,so called professionals don't go near.

   Brilliant service...! Went in for a oxygen monetor and only place that had them after looking in other chemist for one ... also they do hand sanitizer at a great price all different once and they have plenty...staff really friendly and chatting away .. doing a great job thank you dicksons x
