There were no in-date items of the same type so I was offered two smaller items of the same type or a refund which I took. Joanna refunded me as well as giving me one of the smaller items as compensation. I was impressed with the level of customer care on this occasion just as I had been a previous time when the pharmacist seemed to go out of her way to help me with the issue of providing me with a receipt for the flu jag I had booked online so that I could get a refund from my employer. She had to make a phone call but nothing was too much trouble for her. I'm not quite old enough to remember the 'golden days' of customer service although I am aware of them. I feel that it still exists in this branch of Boots from what I have seen, even if not in many other places.”

“Really nice shop. The pets all look clean and well looked after. They do cater more for cats and dogs though, so you may be better looking elsewhere for food and stuff for small animals. Friendly staff who have a lot of time to talk about the animals and are happy for you to call if there are any issues with a pet. Would use this place before pets at home as I prefer the personal touch.”
