   Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff are rude and not very understanding. When a mistake happens it's never there fault everyone makes mistakes this chemist just pass the buck it's never there fault. I collect my prescription at the doctors and walk straight past there door and go to another chemist that's how anxious they have got me about getting my medication. Absolute horrible chemist

   12 weeks pregnant & my doctor had prescribed the wrong dose of antibiotics, this mistake only picked up when the pharmacist here noticed and wasn't happy about it or comfortable with prescribing that high a dose. They called the doctor for me and clarified it was actually a mistake and a new prescription was set up for me. Can't thank them enough for noticing this mistake and helping to prevent a potentially serious issue.

   My prescription had to be ordered and I popped in today to collect it. My much needed steroid inhaler wasn’t there. The assistant looked on the alphabetically arranged shelves which were full of prescriptions, she looked in the fridge, she checked the computer several times and then told me that my prescription had probably been given to someone else because they don’t keep that particular inhaler in stock. I said that I assumed that when a prescription was ordered that it was processed and bagged up and put in the appropriate shelf to wait for the person to collect. She said no, that it would only be ready when the patient came to collect, which is obviously nonsense since the shelves were full of prescriptions waiting to be collected. She asked me if I had medication to see me through the night and she would reorder it for tomorrow morning or I could maybe go to another pharmacy to try to get it. What a disgraceful service. I’ve only recently moved to the area and I’m absolutely appalled at the attitude of this assistant. I’ll be taking my prescriptions back to my previous pharmacy in future. Update:- When I went back the next day to finally collect my prescription, after having to go all night without it, I was asked into a side room and was told that my review had been seen by the pharmacy. I was given an apology which I appreciated and accepted although I still stated that my prescription should never have been given to someone else in the first place. The member of staff ( same one as the day before) said she had offered an alternative. This wasn’t practical for me. She said sorry many, many times and asked me to give the pharmacy a second chance, then said “our bosses will see your review”. I hope they do because this kind of thing really shouldn’t happen. Nobody should be left without their medication under any circumstances. I know she wanted me to delete my original review but I’m not going to do that, but wanted to add that I have received an apology which seemed to be sincere. Fingers crossed this will never happen again to myself or anyone else.

   Great staff always helpful and friendly. The Pharmacist has a great team always willing to help you when needed and as I get a monthly prescription I always get it on time.☺️☺️.

   Terrible service worst chemist I have ever experienced. 3 times I have had to return and still don't have full prescription. Never get a complete prescription when handed it.

   I needed advice but I did not have the chance to speak with the pharmacist. My query was handled by a young girl at the counter who did not ask any questions, so I do not know what she understood. She went away to speak with the pharmacist, and came back saying that I needed to see my GP, because my problem had been for 2 weeks. It was a Saturday, so I had to wait until Monday, without a word of advice and in pain.
