   This is just unacceptable. I’ve experience racism by this one black Somali woman I had ordered a prescription for my son and for myself since I had sore throat and my son had constipation one of the guys wanted to give me the medicine that I had ordered, but then she snatched it away from him and started saying lies such as I’m a drug addict and he shouldn’t give me my prescription that I paid for with my own money, she then called her other colleagues and they started pushing me outside even the CCTV got them doing that to me and then she proceeded to start using slurs and swearing at me in Arabic as I speak Arabic as well. I am going to report this assault to the police and get her arrested or charged.

   Very very poor service , and very very slow am here since 4 trying to put the prescription at the reception still waiting and only 2 people in the front of me now the queue it's betting bigger and people frustrated for how long they have to wait still here and it's closing time in 9 minute

   "Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Every single visit is a disaster—rude and unhelpful staff, insanely long wait times, and constant prescription errors. They never have medications in stock, and when they do, it takes forever to get them filled. Customer service is a joke; they act like you're inconveniencing them just by asking for the medication you need. If you care about your health and don’t want unnecessary stress, avoid this place at all costs!"

   This is the worst place a person can deal with. There are plenty pharmacys nearby so, if you want to avoid frustration and blood pressure keep away from this place. No management, no one can lead the people working Inside this terrible pharmacy. If there is a zero star I would hardly give it to this miserable place.

   Shocking service my kid handed in a prescription and was told to leave the shop as it was closing why take the scrip if it cannot be fulfilled and I could have taken it elsewhere so I have my medication? I shall be making a formal complaint to hr and requesting the script be unclaimed. A disaster of a pharmacy. Where was the care? More interested in closing shop. What would have taken to say sorry we are closed and hand the script back? Or take it and do it?

   Nasty incompentant staff. Don't know how many times I have been up here, only to to find the prescription I want, is never ready. If they had a friendly attitude that might help. Was shouted out, by the receptionist, you know the kid on doctor for having covid. Results show I was tested neagative. Time to look for another chemist, as there is no such thing as customer service. Just have to wait on their constant mistakes.
