   The service of this place has went down hill, absolutely no organisation & lack of communication with customers! Ridiculous amount of time wasting back & forth with no updates on prescriptions i.e missing items and out of stock items! Be honest with people! More staff also required! I would avoid and perhaps use another pharmacy

   Never answer their phone I m trying to find out status on my prescription. Either it cuts you off or no one answers the phone been trying for over a week to speak to someone and have been a waiting since the week after Christmas for my prescription with no text message update

   Frontline staff are very good and very busy but management not so much . Twice a man with glasses very rude and chinned me in front of customers for asking for temporary supply of medication that I misplaced due to moving house , hardly the crime of century . You would think he was acting like he was out of pocket. Shame for the other hard working staff . Changed pharmacy as a result . Another time loads of customers in shop and he continued to work for about 10 to 15 mins till frontline staff came down from upstairs to anyone could get served . A shocking example of customer service .

   Friendly staff. Easy to book flu jab. I like the text alerts and if my meds are ever out of stock they have them delivered the next day. Very limited prescription collection service though.

   Absolutely shocking service!! After assuring my elderly mother when she phoned on the Thursday she would get her prescription which was put in on Tuesday that it was in the basket and she would definitely get it the next day (friday) my mother phoned at quarter past 3 to see where it was, to be told she wouldnt get it til Monday! My mother explained on the phone on Thursday that she couldnt go all weekend without her medication. I know this as I was sitting beside her and dialled the number myself. My daughter had to leave her work to pick it up to be told by the pharmacist that she had spoke to all her staff who said none of them had spoke to my mother on the Thursday and it must have been a different chemist she phoned!! Even though they asked for her name and checked the computer on the Thursday, they had the cheek to say she never phoned them!! I am absolutely livid they would try to cover their backs by saying this! My mother is 82 years old and extremely upset by this. We are now in the process of finding a different chemist who will deliver her medication. Absolutely shocking doing thìs to a pensioner!!!
