Opening times say 9-5:30pm but when I turned up at 12:40 for an emergency inhaler, there was a sign on the door saying they're closed between 12-1pm for lunch. They should update their times on Google to reflect this if it's a regular lunch slot.
Very rude staff, they never had anything in stock asked me to come at 3pm than they said next day we ll call you but no one called me and i have been waiting for my medicines and they don't even bothered to answer phone.

Never answer the phone, rang them 100 times but God knows what they were doing and some staff are very rude especially an old lady, if you don’t like your job simple is quit and find somewhere else, them lot give boots a bad name boots on cathcart road they are useless and not even professional at all.
The staff in this boots are very helpfull They alway have my prescription ready
Never had any issues with the service at this boots like the previous review, the staff are very friendly, quick service and shop is always presentable. They offered to walk me home when I was feeling really dizzy and sick from a virus which I thought was very kind and much appreciated.
I would avoid this chemist by all means. In particular one member of staff - female with short blonde hair, glasses and huge lips takes everything personally. You ask for something on minor ailments and she thinks it’s a matter of debate in parliament. I’m sorry but Boots reputation is at risk with this poor girls attitude. She seems to be really sad every time you visit and has an issue with everything including her job! Get rid of the “bogger”.
