Staff are always really helpful and friendly, they will hold the door so you can get in and out with a pram, they even chat to your little ones if you want to browse :) I had no trouble when I had to return a product which didn't work for me and helped me choose an alternative. All round great customer service and products!
I was in this shop now at 5:23 pm And in the closing time it was written 17:30 and the operator told me that we are closed I came from the L12 in Liverpool It was very rude. Service sucks ....
