   Just been to well pharmacy Union Street Larkhall, I have developed a UTI hoping for help whilst collecting my prescription. The lady spoke to the pharmacist and she came back to me to say he was busy and to go to another pharmacy or come back. This isn't standard practice is it? Needless to say I won't use them again. It's Christmas eve for goodness sake. Appalling.....

   Went to collect my prescription from them at 9.oclock told they never had it had to go back to the doctor's and get a new one printed out before they done that they had to phone the chemist to check phone rang for fifteen minutes and they never answer so doctor gave me it and when I went to the chemist was told it will be about an hour for one box of tablets that I can see from where I am standing so said I would wait while I waited other people came and got served there prescription the girls in there were to busy laughing with each other told one customer the pharmacist was too busy doing the afternoon delivery tablet's so it will be about an hour after waiting for 45min finally got my prescription this used to be a good chemist not anymore never use again wee should all boycott it then maybe they would sort itself out.

   Honestly never had a prescription filled on time - my medication cannot be ordered until I only have 7 days left and everytime I have ordered within time the pharmacy has not filled it on time, meaning I am without medication that I need to take daily. They kept me waiting for 45 minutes today only to tell me they weren't filling my prescription, then blamed me for their lack of communication amongst eachother. I don't even know what to say anymore.
